At CommuniKitty, we’re dedicated to bringing smiles to cat lovers everywhere while supporting cat rescue efforts. 😻 Because all of our products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify, we want to ensure our return and refund process is clear and hassle-free. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer laws.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Products – No Returns or Exchanges
Since each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Wrong size or color selected
Please double-check your order details (size, color, and shipping address) before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, feel free to contact us at support@communikitty.com before placing your order.
Under U.S. consumer laws, refunds are not required for made-to-order products unless defective.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take quality control seriously, but mistakes can occasionally happen. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong product, we’ll make it right!
What to Do:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@communikitty.com.
- Include the following details:
- Order number
- Photos showing the issue (damaged product, incorrect item, or defects).
- Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please:
- Allow an extra 5 business days for potential carrier delays.
- Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days for U.S. addresses. International orders may take 2–4 weeks, depending on customs processing. If your order is still missing after this period, contact us at support@communikitty.com with your order number, and we’ll investigate the issue.
4. Address Errors
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
What to Do If You Made a Mistake:
- Contact us immediately at support@communikitty.com.
- If your order has not yet gone into production, we’ll update the address for you.
- Once an order is in production or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Important Notes:
- Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
- Refunds do not cover size selection errors, buyer’s remorse, or shipping delays caused by carriers.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after processing, but bank processing times may vary.
6. Cancellations
Because orders go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been placed.
What to Do If You Need To Cancel:
- For cancellations, please contact us at support@communikitty.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. International Orders
For international customers, please note:
- Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds cannot be issued for orders delayed or held in customs.
- Refunds for international orders cover the product cost only. Customs duties, import taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Jurisdiction and Disputes
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
