Order Processing Times 🕒

All our products are made-to-order through our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printify.

  • Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible, so please double-check your details before submitting your order. 

Shipping Times 🚚

Since each item is custom-made just for you, delivery times vary based on location and the product ordered. Below are the estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–30 business days

Note: Delivery times begin after production and may be affected by holidayscustoms processing, or carrier delays outside our control. 

Shipping Rates 💌

  • USA: FREE SHIPPING on all orders! 🎉
  • International Orders: Shipping rates vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.
    • Additional fees, such as customs duties or taxes, may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will not cover these fees.

International Shipping 🌎

We proudly ship worldwide! 🌍 However, international customers should be aware that:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These fees are not included in our pricing and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Your Order 📦

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to follow its journey to your door.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If you do not receive a tracking email, contact us at support@communikitty.com.

Lost or Delayed Packages ❓

Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days for U.S. addresses and 10–30 business days for international orders. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please:

  1. Allow an extra 5 business days for potential carrier delays.
  2. Check your tracking number for updates.

For Lost Packages:

  • Contact us at support@communikitty.com with your order number.
  • We’ll investigate the issue and work with Printify to resolve it as quickly as possible. 

Returns & Refunds 📦❌

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to size issues or buyer’s remorse.

Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Orders:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number.
    • Photos of the damage or defect.

Address Issues 🏠

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

What to Do If You Made a Mistake:

  • Contact us immediately at support@communikitty.com.
  • If your order has not yet entered production, we can update the address.
  • Once an order is in production, changes cannot be made.

Jurisdiction and Disputes ⚖️

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
